Hello and welcome to my website. I am a Counsellor, Supervisor and Parent Worker based in Banbury, in the North of Oxfordshire UK. I also work on-line.

 

I am an openly NeuroDivergent (Autistic and ADHD), white, CIS female.  I welcome Adult Clients regardless of NeuroType, ethnicity, gender or sexuality. I try to always work inclusively and am happy to discuss any worries you may have about working with me.

 

You may wonder why anyone would choose Counselling. Therapy gives you the opportunity to devote time entirely to yourself where you can talk about absolutely anything, freely and without judgement with someone trained to create safety.  In every day life, conversations are shared and we look after each other.  In Therapy, you are the priority, you are important.
